Shipping

We use DHL and UPS to ship orders and include basic insurance and tracking.
Within the European Union, we use DHL for all parcels. Outside the EU we use UPS for all small parcels. For frames and rolling chassis’, we use DHL worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout
The shipping rate for your order will be calculated during the checkout process. Prices in non-EU countries do not include VAT. You can learn more about duties and taxes here.

International shipments use local service providers
Shipments that are sent out internationally using DHL will be handed over to your local postal service provider. Therefore, do not be alarmed if your shipment does not get delivered to your door by DHL. For instance, in the UK, it will be delivered with Parcelforce.
This switch from DHL to a local forwarder can also be seen in the tracking history of your shipment and you will be able to track the parcel with the local forwarder once it has arrived in your country.

Export documents for non-EU shipments
We prepare the export documents needed for all orders outside the EU, this can take up to two additional working days.
Once your order has been packed and prepared for shipping, you will receive the tracking link.

Rolling Chassis' come in two parcels
The Jibb and Madonna Rolling Chassis are shipped in two separate parcels, one containing the frame and components and the other containing the wheels. This allows for a more efficient and secure delivery of the product.

You would like to return your order to us?
Please contact us at hello@raawmtb.com in case of a return.
We offer free returns for apparel, small parts and accessories within Germany. The cost of returning complete bikes and frames, as well as returning orders from abroad in general, must be paid by the buyer. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. 

The shirt or hoodie does not fit you?
We do not offer a direct exchange. Your return will be handled separately. Of course you can order the desired product in our online store at the same time. Just send your first order back to us and we will refund the amount you paid. 

Refund of a return
As soon as the goods have arrived and have been checked, we will refund your paid amount via the original means of payment. Returns are usually processed within 5-7 days. Additional costs for additional services, such as express shipping or similar, are excluded from the refund.
